Services that charge a minimal Expert Witness Referral fee, or do not charge an Expert Witness Referral fee, can do so because they add approximately 20%-80% to the Expert Witness' hourly rate, increasing your litigation cost for review, deposition, and trial. Additionally, these services require you to arrange phone consultations, depositions, and trial testimony through a third party, so you are never able to reach your Expert without the services' involvement. This extra step is time consuming and is done to increase your charges from the service. It is not done in the best interest of you or your client.

       Saponaro, Inc.'s referral service is designed to provide you with high quality Experts, at a reasonable cost, with all of our Expert's review fees and retainer requirements quoted upfront. Additionally, since we have no financial gain from the referral of a specific Expert, our only incentive is to recommend the best available Expert to assist you on your case. Finally, we will replace an Expert, for any reason, at no additional cost. So you are never committed to one of our Expert's, until you have had the chance to completely review their Curriculum Vitae and fees.
