A. You should use Saponaro, Inc., because we are accountable for our Experts. We know the Expert’s track record; we know the Expert’s background; and we know that our Experts are willing to support their opinions. We take the “guesswork” out of obtaining an Expert.

Q. What is your turnaround time for providing a witness or case review?

A. Our turnaround time to refer an Expert can be same-day service if you are under a “state of emergency,” but we normally require 2 to 5 working days. Our turnaround time for a case review and written report is normally 5 to 6 weeks, but we offer rush verbal reports if you have time constraints.

Q. How does Saponaro, Inc., determine which Expert will have the experience and expertise to address my case?

A. We will screen the facts of your case with potential Experts, and recommend the individual best suited to assist you. If for any reason, at any time, you are not satisfied with the referral, a replacement is made at no additional cost.

Q. How does Saponaro, Inc., save me time and money?

A. We take the workload off your desk and can meet the strictest of deadlines. Therefore, you can use your time and staff on preparations, etc., while we handle the evaluations for merit or screen your case with Experts.
